The hubby and I are trying to get ready for our family reunion on the high seas, and I feel like I am not 100% bikini ready so I have been starting to workout extra hard. Im trying to get back to my college body, form, and endurance. What got me there in college was I was friends with the yoga/ aerobic instructor.....the sad thing she passed away not to long ago so I can't have her help in real life but in my heart and dreams she is there telling me 5 more no I lied 10 more...come on you can do it. I can't hear you Im not going to let you stop unless you yell it feels good.....I loved her :)
I have been going to the gym a few times a week and I have started to see a difference, a small difference but nun the less. I have some really good friends that are going to the gym with me and we are helping each other the whole way.
Anyways, tonight I did Julian Michaels kettle bell work out disk 2 and Ill have to say its a little harder then disk one lol....I really do like the moves, and I feel like it is strengthening my knee muscles. I have a bad knee, when I was in college I used to snowboard a lot. On day when we were out in the snow I fell on a rock and chipped my knee cap and the cartilage under the cap. It still hurts but only when it gets cold outside and or if I have really bad cramps for some reason. Tomorrow I am doing insanity with Sam, this class KICKS my butt bad but I really like it, its a lot of fun.

oh work out 30 min kettle bell, 15 min yoga cool down...me love some yoga.
